Open Scheduling → Services & hours, publish the booking page, set availability and rules, then choose an exact-time or preferred-date flow for each public service.
Site visits and walkthroughs can show live times in the customer's timezone. The clearing project itself collects a preferred start date for your approval. Property photos and acreage can prefill an AI ballpark from your rate card.
For preferred-date services, an optional deposit goes through your connected Stripe account and toward the job. Mastiff creates the customer, intake job, and deposit invoice together. Exact-time deposits remain off until paid slot holds are supported.
Exact times can auto-confirm or wait for review. From Scheduling → Online bookings, one approval creates the calendar event and sends the customer a branded confirmation; a polite decline is one tap too.

The landowner sends photos and acreage, and the AI reads the vegetation to class the density — light brush, mixed growth, heavy cover — then computes an honest low/high range from your own rates. Labeled as a ballpark, never a binding quote; the number the customer saw is recorded on the request.
Choose a flat deposit for a preferred-date service, collect it through Stripe Connect, and credit it toward the job. Booking still works without a deposit, and exact-time deposits stay disabled until paid slot holds arrive.
