How does the paid-plan trial work?
When you reach a Free limit, choose a paid plan and attach a card to unlock everything in it for 7 days. The trial includes 15 AI credits and 3 professional logo vectorizations. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge; otherwise the paid membership starts automatically.
What is included in Mastiff Solo?
Activating Mastiff Solo at $99/mo includes the whole platform for 2 seats and one location, one shared Mastiff Mail inbox, 25 GB of storage, and 60 AI credits each month.
What does Mastiff Crew add?
Activating Mastiff Crew at $199/mo includes unlimited seats, a dedicated tracking number with a two-way SMS inbox and quote-by-text, bid-vs-actual estimate insights, API access, up to 3 Mastiff Mail inboxes, 200 GB of storage, and 500 monthly AI credits. It includes one location; extra locations are $99/mo each and extra mailboxes $49/mo.

Does Mastiff take a cut of my jobs or resell my leads?
No. Directory leads route to you and are never resold, and the white-label Showcase Generator runs on your own branding and AI credits. Your outfit owns the lead and the customer relationship.
What happens to existing Founder Special shops?
Their $99 Founder Special stays grandfathered with unlimited seats and locations. It is not offered to new shops.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
